Brignoles, "A town in the country"

Once the 12thcentury home to the Count of Provence, Brignoles can trace its origins even further back to records from 558 AD which show its name from the prune "Brunonia".

Nowadays, the city nestles in the heart of "Appellation controlée" "Coteaux Varois" and "Côtes de Provence" vineyards and retains the charm of a Provençal village.
La Cordeline is located in the center of the old town, in a quiet street by a small square (Place du Collège).
